We were hiring. A lot.
And still… it wasn’t working.
No matter how polished the CV looked, or how confident the interviews felt — something wasn’t clicking. We brought people on board who just didn’t fit. Not because they weren’t smart — but because they weren’t the right kind of smart for us.
👉 The tech stack didn’t match. 👉 The experience was off. 👉 Or worse — their strengths were invisible until it was too late.
And every time, it cost us time, money, and momentum.
Every application was a mini project
